My role in Microsoft as a Principal Architect / Senior Enterprise Strategy Consultant is understanding the customers/partners business and IT environment and using that knowledge to enhance the value derived from current and future IT investments. I am responsible for overall Microsoft architecture issues and help the customer to form their strategic technology plan, and partners to develop their offerings based on Microsoft technologies. My role ensures that customers and partners are fully aware of Microsoft's strategic vision and that IT investments are, as far as possible, fully leveraged. Majority of my work is performed for Department of Defence as a trusted advisor to provide the following capabilities

Strategic advisor to CTO and Department of Defense senior executive to harness maximum value from their Microsoft investment.

Provides leadership in technical, process or strategy planning and guidance to customers and other consultants.Introduce value proposition of Microsoft technology stack to gain business efficiencies / augment productivity.

Manages the most diverse and complex scope of consulting engagements. Advises on potential business solutions that leverage Microsoft�s technology framework and roadmap to executive and project leaders, as well as the technical community within the account. Advises on the development strategies and timetables as they relate to technology integration with key existing and emerging Microsoft products and solutions.

Maintains and develops internal Microsoft contacts and experience to be able to drive feedback and dialogue with appropriate Microsoft Product Groups regarding architecture, security, infrastructure and developer technologies and proactively facilitates communication with Microsoft Community at locally and at Corp. Leverages Microsoft Programs and IP for the benefit of the customer and proactively ensures customer readiness to engage, develop, deploy, train and support Microsoft technologies.erforms strategic, proactive account management and key account reviews.
